Current process vs CaaS process
CaaS lets businesses and building owners pay for the air conditioning service instead of investing in the machinery that delivers the conditioned air. The technology provider (STOUT) takes ownership of the HVAC system, maintains it, and covers all running costs including energy charges. The customer makes fixed periodic payments only which are determined on a per-unit and metered basis. The client thus bears no performance risk associated with the HVAC equipment and is able to get superior cooling at better prices without any capital expenditure.

SIGN CONTRACT
Client signs a standard, transparent CaaS contract with STOUT for a set duration (usually 5-7 years). Monthly charges are estimated beforehand on the basis of system health. Stout guarantees space temperature and humidity to the client.
